Just want to send out a lot of love for New Cascadia Traditional Bakery. I have reviewed them in the past, but they have upped their game over the year and are now in my top favorite gluten free places to go. Their pizza is so darn good that I crave it all week, nice and thin as the Italians make it, without overdoing sauce or cheese, while adding veggies and herbs to make it complete. Coffee cake is a must for me every Saturday with a smooth cappuccino, but the tarts and scones are equally tempting. Always good music, free wi-fi, bright and sunny, smiling staff, and local art, and even an education session or two. Got to love this place! I am proud to say that people are taking notice too. The place is bubbling with gluten free guests. I should have taken a picture of us with our delicious New Cascadia selections, but alas, they were so good we ate them before we could take pictures of our scrumptious scone, tart, and coffee cake. :)
